Here’s an interesting post comparing the iPhone OS to Windows Phone 7 Series (WP7S). The conclusion here is that the WP7S UI makes the iPhone look dated and overloaded with chrome. I agree!

Windows 7 UII does not scale. You really see 7 things on screen vs 20 on the iPhone. What they were thinking?
The Windows Phone visually speaking looks like colored boxes to me, very boring and simple minded looking.
